  • If you are unhappy with your order please contact me at trippyturquoise@gmail.com & I will try to resolve any issue to the best of my ability. Unless there is a problem with the item that resulted in my error, all items are final sale.

    No returns on custom orders under any circumstance, I rely on the customer to supply me with the correct information and measurements..

    Stones are pictured and described as best as possible in the item photo and description. These stones are natural and can vary in shade color and matrix. If you would like more pictures of an item you wish to purchase, please email me with your phone number and which item you would like pictures of.

    Trippy Turquoise is a one woman show around here — I have a full time job and Trippy Turquoise is what I do in my spare time. I am human like the rest of us and subject to human error occasionally. Please contact me immediately if there is any problem with your order.

  • $8 shipping for USPS Ground and $11 to ship Priority.

    Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated. I ship in the US only at the moment. Please email me for inquiries on international orders.

    This does not include custom orders. All custom orders will have an individual timeline for completion and shipping per individual customer.

    Once the item is in the possession of USPS, it is out of my hands. No refund or exchange can be given by the seller for lost or stolen packages.

    Trippy Turquoise has the right to refuse service and cancel orders for anyone. Abusive emails, messages or otherwise will result in immediate order termination and void any future orders. Please be kind and curious, I will try to help to the best of my ability to resolve any issue with an order.
